week 6 Post 2: Project Activity - Plotting posts on Facebook

Plotting Posts on Facebook @sdConciergeService Local Trails In a post scheduled for Monday, shows a local trail I hiked close to my home. With the Stay at Home Order we still would like to explore, but we must within our home area. I posed the question to followers where they have explored, hoping to get comments and even pictures from them. Travel Tuesday In these times we are wanting to go places that we can not visit. This Travel Tuesday will have followers involved and posting and engaging. We will be able to travel aguan soon and this post will remind them of that. Virtual Zoo Wednesday I have scheduled to post a link to an industry partner, the San Diego Zoo. The zoo is closed temporarily, but we are able to check in with the animals via web cam. We can enjoy viewing together, the audience along with our organization. Week 6 Post 1: Engaging Your Customers- Facebook Strategy

San Diego Concierge Association I just recently discovered how to "like" a page as your business. From the perspective of my business, San Diego Concierge Association, this is VERY important. Building relationships grows not only our Facebook likes and Followers, but our business dealings. We work with many businesses to use event space, museum and park tickets for our guests and restaurants to recommend. Concierge need to know everything! I chose a spectrum of San Diego businesses that a Concierge might send guests to or look to for event information. You will see anything from publications to wineries, music venues to amusement parks in my like choices. I am going to continue to go through companies that I currently use and like them! Week 5 Post 1: Facebook Insights

Facebook Insights Post Reach and Post Engagement are both crucial to build a well rounding Social Media presence on Facebook. Post Reach keeps track of the unique number of people who saw your content post. If someone returns multiple times, they would only count as one. Post Engagement is the number of people being active in your post. The engagement would count the comments, likes, clicking into a link and even when sharing content. It is important to start your fan base with Reach. When you are trying to gain followers and likes to your page it is key to post articles, pictures or exciting interacting questions that will be seen. When someone likes what they see, they are more likely to have it pop up in their news feed. Once you capture that follower, you can start to work on engagement. Week 4 Post 2: Business I will Represent for Class

Target Market Analysis San Diego Concierge Association San Diego Concierge Association is a non-profit organization of professional hotel and resort concierge established in 1985. The SDCA proudly includes over a hundred members that are employed  at San Diego's finest hotels and resorts. Target market for SDCA would be adults between 30-65. Marketing will be geared to locals and the hospitality field. We will focus on promoting trending activity and where locals and guests to San Diego want to explore. Keeping updated information will prompt followers to return. Interest will stay strong in economic change. To keep interest we will continue to post free activities for locals and other hotel concierge to view. People may bot travel as much, so local free ideas will keep our pages visited. The purpose of creating pages is to bring awareness of the Concierge profession. Analyzing our target market will keep SDCA fresh and in the forefront of the hospitality market.
